Balfour Place, the latest residential and mixed-use development in Lindfield, has received two awards from PropertyGuru Asia.
After a successful sale of the units and with the construction just starting in November 2022, Balfour Place has already been cited as the Best Low Rise Mixed Use Development and the Best Mixed Use Development (Australia) by the prestigious award-giving body.
The residential apartments, which sit on a heritage building, will be restored by Third.i, and also leased for commercial and business use to incorporate a large format Coles Supermarket and cafe on the ground floor.
The dwellings comprise a total of 59 one to four-bedroom apartments and a beautiful rooftop garden with communal facilities and fresh greenery in the courtyard.
Immediately after its launch in the market, Balfour Palace earned over $100 million. The site is set to open in November 2024 and is primed as a “legacy destination” in Lindfield.
