Students enrolled across public primary and secondary schools in New South Wales, including the Roseville Public School and the Lindfield Public School, may now avail of the Back to School vouchers to pay for supplies.

For Term 1 2023, the Back to School NSW Vouchers program will be covering $150 in expenses. These vouchers may be used for school uniforms, textbooks and shoes. Home-schooled children and kids enrolled outside of NSW but have their main residence in the region are also eligible for this program.

Parents and carers are expected to apply for three vouchers worth $50 each via Service NSW. The vouchers will be valid until the 30th of June 2023 or at the end of Term 2.

Some schools, however, are not yet included in the voucher program. Per Service NSW, the parents’ or carers’ application may only be completed once these schools are confirmed on the list.

Please note that if you spend less than $50 for a purchase at a registered business, you cannot use the remaining value of the voucher. For example, if you use a $50 voucher for a $5 item, neither you nor the business can claim the remaining value of $45.
